The Field.
Last night I went to see Lynne McTaggart speak at the Open Center. She is so tremendously fascinating and is quite a compelling speaker. Her work aims to back up energetic phenomenon (or spirituality) with science. Before she began such inquiries she was not a spiritual person. She is convinced that genes are NOT the blueprint to our existence, instead that thoughts are. Thoughts are the body’s most powerful instruction and the most powerful remedy. She conducts experiments using groups of people who in a meditative like way, send their intentions out to a specific cause, like healing a specific person’s cancer, or stopping violence in a specific region, or growing plants to a specific height.
Visit her website and join the community to be part of these experiments, right at home or at work, or maybe even at the park. You can send a newborn child with some kind of horrible disease the collective intention, think about this, it is remarkable and how simple really.
What a beautiful human being.
Lynne McTaggart is the award-winning journalist and author of five books, including the worldwide bestsellers The Intention Experiment and The Field. She is the architect of the Intention Experiments, a web-based “global laboratory,” involving an international consortium of scientists and thousands of people in countries around the world to test the power of intention to heal the world.
